This is great. I had a question about the laptop setup. They were able to answer question and sign on over internet and correct and download something . Didn't have to leave home and return to store. Very helpful!

I had a printer completely stop working a few months before the coverage was over. The checked out the printer, saw that it didn’t work, issued me a gift card for the original purchase price. Well worth the price

This is worth the price all day long these machines never last. If I didnt have it I would have to deal with manufacturers warranty. But because I took it out I was able to get an exchange right at the store. No hassle in and out I will always buy the protection plan.

BEST BUY IS THE ONLY PLACE WHERE I BUY THE EXTRA PROTECTION PLANS BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIRD PARTIES. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG I GO BACK TO THE STORE AND GET A GFT CERTIFICATE ISSUED RIGHT AWAY AND I CAN SWAP IT FOR THE SAME OR SOMETHING BETTER FOR EXTRA MONEY OR SOMETIMES LESS.

Printer is not even one month old so I would not know because I haven't had to use it

I for one love the geek squad. I call them a few times a week just to chat about the latest news in computer stuff. One time a geek came over and we played diablo 2 for like 2 seconds. it was radical.

the Geek Squad protection plan is great they deliver i have donated 2 broken copiers to be refurbished and donated to a school or a business i consider their program for all service to be by far superior over the people at Square trade !!!!! YES I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GEEK SQUAD PLANS!!!

Let's face it, anything can go wrong at any time. The question becomes do you buy warranty? Well, if that item is more than what you want to pay if your current item brakes, then yes a warranty should be considered. I have not ever had any problems with Best Buy's geek squad warranty.
