Geek Squad is worth the money, had a device stop working and called placed a claim took into the store and replaced with an equivalent item.

The agents at my store made a excellent review to my tablet, diagnostic and gave me a best advice and recommendations to fix it and for future purchases.

Great value for the money. We live over an hour's drive from the nearest Best Buy so being able to get support online is a plus for us. The agents are knowledgeable and patient with our questions.

I bought the 4 year Geek Squad replacement product for my printer. I haven’t needed to use it yet, but purchased it because my last HP printer broke after about 2 years of use.
