i dont usually buy warranty for my products but best buy offers the best protection plans for your investments, if you are buying a game disc or movies on disc i dont recommend it, but if you are getting electronics such laptops, cellphones, etc i suggest getting the protection plan

There is very little I purchase at Best Buy and don't get the Geek Squad protection, probably the best thing you can do to protect your purchase. They are always accommodating and I have never had a problem getting something replaced or fixed. Woodbridge store rocks.

HyperX headphones I purchased had a bad speaker. They replaced the speaker at no cost, but still had issues. They were able to replace the The headphones with a brand new one (newer model) at no additional cost, and they even threw in another warranty for free!

This e reader is the best also it is efficient in battery life so i takes a long time to go to zero.

I bought a Cannon printer for my business. I use it to make flyers, posters, business cards and post cards for my customers. Has GREAT color quality and clarity and my customers love the quality.

I used them mostly for information and instruction. There were quite friendly. I just was not aware you had to make an appointment to actually speak to an agent at the store. I know now and will continue using the group.

When my print heads were no longer working correctly they replaced my printer with a new one as the geek squad does not fix printers with this problem!A new printer after only 11/2 years with the old one was a good deal!

Me personally I always purchase Geek Squad because I'm not tech savvy.

These guys are good they warranted my defective computer and got me an equivalent for the value difference.

Working in a small satellite office a thousand miles away from our head office and having no IT support, I use the Geek Squad to help me through those times of 'crashes' and other technical issues. I have used them on the phone and in person. They have saved us many times.

I purchased the repair or replace policy from the Geek Squad for very little extra. Just good to have a back up for repair or replacement if printer causes problems after it is out of manufactures' warranty of one year. Purchase includes 2 years replace or repair.

I purchase the Geek Squad protection that is offered on any product I purchase from BestBuy. They honor their agreement...and that helps when making a decision to buy most of my electronic products from BestBuy!

Easy enough. Ten dollars protects a drive with lots of moving parts and lasers and tons of stuff that can go wrong for 2 years. Well worth it. I dont do the extended warranty often but for this it was a pretty easy decision. Saves to my bestbuy card so i dont have to keep anything.

I purchased this by accident but after a set of computer speakers stopped working after 3 weeks it definitely paid for itself. I would recommend on expensive everyday items that get heavy use.

So far so good. This is my first printer. No complaints.

My other printer went bad and luckily I still had insurance (almost forgot I did!). I was easily able to get a new one without having any issues!! Perfect!! I would buy it again which i did for my next printer!
