the replacement program is great! i was able to get a full refund from the purchase of my printer on a gift card and apply the credit to something else which is easy since best buy offers a lot.

Basically you pay for the coverage and if something happens to it, best buy replaces it and you can buy the coverage again for the next product. Just like car insurance, an added expense but nice to have when needed.

I usually pick up the product replacement when I buy a product on the more expensive side as an insurance against damage. I have not had any bad experiences when it comes to replacing a damaged device.

Im happy that I purchased this protection plan. I got a refurbished printer, so I was nervous about that, but knowing that its protected and supported made me feel comfortable buying this.

To date, I have had no problem with the monitor except that the tab over the CD cover came apart months ago, which gives me a problem when I try to download music. I should bring it back.

Geek Squad is good to have if you have a lot of electronics and appliances too.

The Geek Squad service is at Best Buy is one of the best services that they offer. They employees seem to be knowledgeable about all brands of computers and provide quality work.

Worth it if you’re rough on electronics. They get you right and have no problems getting you a new one of something went wrong with your old one.

We can do a lot of “fixes” at home. Having Geek Squad is my back-up pain reliever when my knowledge or available “fix it” time is not enough to resolve an issue. Best deal for the cost!
