Best Buy is excellent to deal with. When I had a problem with my printer I got help on the phone with service. When the problem could not be fixed they had me return it to the store. Their service people take good care of their customers.

I had this and it was for a pinter, and the printer died and they did honor the warrante. So I bought it again =)

I love the geek squad. Just make sure you call and make an appointment first because you may have to wait for a long time. If they are not busy no problem. It is not a waist of money because I have used the geek squad. I did have a computer that was 10 years old. Now I am updated with a new laptop computer. I made sure I still would be covered. I always try to get this 4 year protection for my high value items that sooner than later will come in handy and is a lifeline to not worry of having to lose out but be assured that it is a win situation with this Geek Squad 4 year accidental protection when you really need it

If you want to protect your investment because your budget isn't what it used to be (thanks inflation) then the extra cost of this product replacement is something you should seriously consider. I have had to use this policy once before, on a DJI gimbal I owned. After about 2 years, it started to act up, and for all intents and purposes, became useless. I took it back to Best Buy, and within a week I not only had a replacement at no additional cost, but the gimbal I received was the latest version. Definitely worth the money!
