    Good, but can't say great. There are no optional attachments for floor and carpet brush, only one brush for both. So much better than the Dyson we had, battery was always dying and didn't last. It would cost 150 to replace battery with Dyson and this one recharges, so it's awesome.

    For an item of this size, a warranty it is always good to have. Best Buy stands by their warranties!

    Purchased new pricey vacuum and 3 year extended warranty. Was told at time of purchase, April 2024, that the manufacturer warranty was 3 years and then the extended was for an additional 3 years. So there would be 6 years of coverage. Today was informed by Best Buy that the extended warranty we purchased ran concurrently with the manufacturer warranty-so we only have a 3 year warranty.The gentleman at Corporate said this to which I responded why, if its covered by manufacture warranty. His reply was "You get extra things". This is NOT what we have been told each time we would buy extended coverage on big items. We are sooo done with Best Buy. Bye -bye
