    geek squad does not repair anything it all has to be shipped off to.the manufacturer

    I just discovered that vacuum can't be repaired,must be exchanged for a new one or refund for best buy store credit, but the fine thing is that my 3 year plan die with the exchange one , meaning plans is worthless for vacuum,
