protection plan by geek squad has come in handy in the past, since I used it once, I get it on most accident prone items from then on. fingers crossed I won't need to use the product!

I had a rough experience that had to be handled by the manager. I was told by Geek Sqad that my apple care plan really doesn’t cover my AirPods which really upset me and also had to make 2 appointments for my AirPods because your system wasn’t functioning correctly and it seems as if no one cared. I was told my AirPods would be back in 3 to 5 days then the manager says that wasn’t true it would be longer. Just frustrating because I use my AirPods for work I can’t have my phone in my hand and work.

A must when purchasing expensive products from Best Buy. I love the ease of returns and exchanges with this program. I highly recommend and you won’t regret it.

In this day and age, you never know when what you purchased might give up the ghost. I have always bought the Geek Squad protection plan on all of my products.

I would definitely recommend everyone to get this protection. Every few months my vacuum will either stop working or will give me problems but this protection will replace it .

I got this when I purchaced my first vacuum. After a couple years of good use from the vacuum, it finally wasn’t lasting as long. This warranty covered us and we got a brand new vacuum.

Great additional protection for a great product. I get this everytime-it makes sense to spend the extra money when it comes to ten percent of the purchase price

Definitely recommend getting insurance on your Dyson Vacuums! Each product has different coverage so make sure you know what’s covered.
