I had the vacuum for some time and the hose for my portable carpet cleaner ended up splitting open. Best Buy immediately replaced the unit with a new one.

Expensive to purchase the warranty but well worth it if it bakes no hasel return/fix

The geek squad helps put things together and gets things installed it’s nice to have insurance on your things if something goes wrong I can’t be fixed or replaced
