    I love the iRobot s9+ but after a year and a half my bottom plate got crooked (not sure why). Thankfully I had the extended warranty and it was replaced immediately! Great service by Geek Squad.

    The 3 year protection is a good insurance to have for any vacuum because vacuums always get damaged after a while.

    It did the job but would get full quick when It came to our pets. The battery would kind of die out fast but like I said it did the job and would charge quick. Not recommended for pet owners.
