Protection plan was awesome. Very fast and convenient. Did have a little misunderstanding when purchasing it but other than that very good customer service and awesome insurance plan.

We’ve had some minor issues and it’s definitely worth having the additional warranty! We add warranty for every appliance, worth every penny!

I do recommend getting the insurance on this type of device. I clean a lot and once my vacuum started to stop working on me I got it replaced and offered to add Geek Squad insurance again on my new device. And then of course it happened again but this time my vacuum was not being sold anymore and new designs came out. I received value what I paid for my vacuum and paid only a little extra for a different model plus new insurance on this new model since I had credit from my old vacuum they didn't carry anymore. I love the new product even more.

Prior to our purchase of our Ultravision we were spending our evenings sweeping up pet hair from our fur babies. Now we can just relax while the work is done fot us. Our Ultravision doesn’t leave any hair behind and has been completely reliable. It is great finding its way into the small spaces our pets leave hair behind. I dont know how i survived so long without the help of an Ultravision. Highly recommend.

An absolute 10/10. Highly recommend. I have a 1400 sq ft house with a 130 pound rottweiler who tracks a lot of dirt and hair through the house. I have this set to clean before i come home from work and i come home to a clean floor everyday. Its pathing is also very intelligent and even if it did manage to miss a spot you are able to view the map of your home that it it did a very good job drawing up to guide it to any spots that need attention. (also map is easy to read). The biggest complaint is obviously the price. 600$ is steep but I only paid 300$ due to black friday sale. KEEP AN EYE ON THIS THING GOING ON SALE
