Bob is a good house keeper. I did have issue with the first one where but I did learn later with my second one the guide tells you what the codes are and you just use the tools and brush provided to keep him good as new.

I highly recommend you get this for high dollar items. I use this all the time. As long as you have the item if it breaks or malfunctions you just exchange the item at the store for the original or something else and pay for another warranty at check out as well as the price difference. That’s all. I usually upgrade.

The only time we really get protection warranty is usually on bigger appliances as well as vacuum purchases. If it breaks, we're able to bring in the old, and get a new. If the new vacuum is more than the original, then we pay for the difference. If it's less, then we're issued a gift card with credit. Works for us.

Realistic and very crystal clear the tv, i recommend all of you to buy any appliances because this is the only one store that really trusted!

Well worth the investment! I had a dyson stick vac that was priced at $599.99 when I bought it. It stopped working 1 year and 1 week! The process was seamless and I walked out with a brand new vacuum that day!

I usually don't by the extra protection but did for our robot vacuum because of fear of damage from dog soiling. Did not have a problem with dog soiling but our unit stopped working about a week before our protection ran out. With no problems Geek squad replaced with brand new unit. Very happy with this protection plan.

This picks up mess better than any vacuum I’ve seen! Its also really portable and comes with many useful attachments. The only possible downside is its weight. However, this is more of an issue for more older persons.

Good vacuum. As long as you keep up with the maintenance it continues to work as it should. It would be awesome if the handheld suction cord was longer so, as it is always dropping the vacuum if it is not right next to where I am vacuuming. Other than that it is a good vacuum.

Get the plan it’s a life saver sometimes. As person that spends thousands on items here!! Anything that you plan on using until the doors fall off get this. Stress reliever!

I'm so glad I added protection to my Dyson vacuums. I own two units and both have had battery issues within the first year. On both occasions I returned the vacuums to my local store and they just gave me a new unit, no questions asked. I thought maybe they'd be sent out to be serviced, but I was happy just to get brand new units.

my vacuum cleaner was over heating. I went to the buybuy store and asked for an exchange and they were very helpful. With my warranty I didn't have any problems get my replacement.
