I’m glad Best Buy have the option of buying this insurance that can grant longer warranty

This warranty covers things you'll need to be covered on electric gadgets that you purchase

I delivered the Hard Drive to the service desk, after a quick review of my problem, I was informed when the Hard Drive would be ready and the cost to me, if they were successful in recovering the data. The recover was 97% successful and it was done on time. I am very pleased with the result.

I have been getting the additional coverage on all the products I buy. I got a Dyson vacuum that stopped working the additional coverage worked awesome they replaced the product

The service is a must, ive used so much in the past and it comes in handy whenever something might happen to your product and you can sleep well knowing you can get the value of your item back to get another one.

Imagine not having to worry about your purchase for 4 years because you bought a protection plan! If you end up not needing it, you know you at least got your money out of your purchase. Imagine that you didn't and 2 years down the road it goes out. Those pennies a day you would have spent are now going to cost you the full price of another one.

I really put this to the test i have 3 toddler's and used my old shark and this one still found more crumbs even after i vacuumed it twice get this vacuum now you wont be sorry

I had problems with my vacuum. They took it in to check, got results in timely manner. Fron desk jentelmen was nice and patient. He was hwlping lasy with laptop before me, she was a challenge, but he did it like a champion

It’s easy to assemble and very easy to use! You get all the corners and everything cleaned up quickly. If you have any issue make sure you have insurance on the item and come in get a new one!

This protection plan is for a device that gets used frequently over a variety of indoor surfaces. Having a protection plan for frequently used critical devices is the best way to protect the investment.

This is one feature I always have with any appliance I purchase. I have used a warranty several times on various products large and small. It may seem like a lot of money at the time but it's better to spend it up front than after have to buy a new item at full price or try and find a repair person.

Overall pleased with cake squad service. Little irritating as far as having to bring it into the store and having to make an appointment ahead of time or drop things off and then having to come back. It is nearly 60 miles one way for me to my nearest Best Buy store. Wish she was more convenient option. Wish things were a little more efficient.

Had it for over 3 months and it still runs great. The best feature is the hair pickup container, no more hair getting caught up by the roller, it now goes in its own compartment and it's easy to remove.

I purchased this protection plan to protect my initial investment. I took home the Dyson animal and allergy vacuum. I have used the protection plan before on a previous Playstation 3 as well as a previously owned Dyson vacuum. The staff handled everything flawlessly, no pressure, or pushback! This is why I will always shop at Best Buy!!!

If you can afford it, then it’s worth the value. The protection plan allows you to pay a lower and more comfortable price to protect your consumer goods. I think it’s worth it! Why? because you always want to invest and protect all your products as well as your peace of mind.
