My iRobot wasn't used much, but now I can't connect it. I need to get it fixed, but I think it will be expensive.

This has been the best vacuum we have purchased. It is very light but powerful!!!

A must get. I use my vacuum 2 times a day and things ware and thing break. This added insurance is worth it when it breaks down on you! No questions asked for the return of exchange makes it very easy!

I purchased my first geek squad protection plan with my Neato more than 5 years ago. I have up graded every time the machine has had problems and repurchased the plan again. It is worth the money, even if you have to repurchase the plan. Just go into the store, no hassle or questions.

Bought a few items like the I robot and Dyson vacuum... There was no way that I wasn't going to protect my merchandise knowing that anything can happen to cause a problem and I wouldn't be covered. I have already had to use it on one of my I robot vacuums, I'm so glad I was covered! A must have!! I would recommend. This to anyone.

Never had an issue returning things when repairs were clearly under warranty. Much better customer service with appliances than with Home Depot.

It has worked very welll I buy a lot of items from Best Buy and anytime I have a service problem they offered a replacement on the spot

This is a must have and worth every penny. Best Buy might have the best no bs insurance out of any company I’ve ever used. No third party Nonsense, you just walk in with your broken product and they replace it.

If I have any issues with my shark vacuum they give me no problem to either fix the vacuum or exchange the vacuum.

This is a must purchase when it comes to buying expensive itmes like vaccums, TVs, or any fragile product that could damage within a year or two. Yes it will add around 100-200$ to your purchase but will save you money for long term. Very recommended.

I by Dyson product because I love their quality and ability however, over years of use they seem to loose suction. I brought my previous Dyson back because of this and the only question that was asked was the reason for return. Once explained was told to go on the floor and find a new one.

It is one of the best vacuums I have used! Makes it extrememly easy to clean up cat fur that gets on the floor, and the attachments really help with cleaning the sofas and other furniture. Would definitely recommend!

I bought the 5-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection for a battery powered vacuum and it did die. I came in with the product, showed that the battery no longer functioned and they staff took it and told me to go pick out a new vacuum! That particular vacuum was discontinued, so I got a more expensive one and paid the difference. Well worth the investment.

Great service, they heard me out on the problem I had with the vacuum. They recommended that it would be best to upgrade since the model I had was an old one. The transaction to the new product was smooth with them.
