Used the plan 3 years in. BB ended up given me a credit as the unit did not live up to how it worked 3 years in.

I live by this protection plan!! If you have children, please by the protection plan. The games will break and the manufacturer will not cover it. The games cost too much not to ensure. I’d rather pay a small deductible than the entire price to replace a game or fix a game.

I absolutely will alway get the extra warranty! Geek squad makes it so convenient and helpful to make sure my turn around of products is fast and easy!

Best protection plan in town never buy Tech without it

I love this vacuum it picks up every spec of dust and dirt and the green laser is very useful. I was very skeptical at first because of the price but well worth it

This service is definitely worth the money! We had the protection plan for another cleaning robot. And all I had to do is bring the non-working machine and it was replaced it with another machine that was equal to or less than what we purchased the 1st machine. We did not have to spend another dime on the new machine.

Great protection, had an issue with my vacuum and Bestbuy replaced it with a newer vacuum at no additional cost, would recommend their coverage services.

I definitely recommend purchasing the extended warranties on higher priced items. Its worth the peace of mind knowing if there is any problem you will get your item either repaired or replaced!

Works great on hardwood/laminate, carpet and tile floors. I wouldnt use it on rugs, its sucks up A LOT of the fibers. There might be a separste attachment sold separately for that. Love the laser light too, so helpful.

Purchased this plan as part of a new cordless vacuum purchase. I've had these plans in the past and I've ended needing them so I've been fortunate. They're awesome when you have something go wrong with the product. I'm very happy with this product.

I always purchase an extended policy on complex mechanical objects or electronics. I have had good experiences with Best Buy policies. They avoid complex rules and keep purchase records with your phone number.
