This new bigger sized vacuum is really good. Im hlad I purchased it. The only down side that it is a bit heavier than your standard dyson so in prolonged use, it will wear your arm out. My 69 year old mother has a hard time with it. I would say if you dont have a big houes, maybe less than 2k sqft, stick to the smaller dyson.

I've only used Geek Squad Protection Plans 1 time, and it was a flawless, hassle free interaction. Asked me my problem with the device, keyed a few things in and told me my replacement options. I decided to upgrade to the newer device and pay the difference (new product cost - original purchase price). Super easy.

Always good idea to have this protection for your items

I have bought this Accidental Protection several times now. It has saved me money 3x now. Every time my vacuum dies, I am able to walk into the store for a replacement. The protection is only good for one use so you have to buy another 3 or 5 year protection plan. Highly recommend!

I have a Dyson ball but we removed carpet and installed tile. This picks up hair better than the ball on the tile. Light weight, easy to grab, vacuum, and put away.

Great but had to return 2 times already just minor things . Machine seemed confused not knowing where to clean. Power went out wouldn't connect back to wifi. Great purchase but by time you keep paying for geek quad you would have purchased it again. But best buy Has best no hassle returns with protection plan

I Love my Robotic Vacuum as it does a good job of cleaning my floors with very little effort on my part but emptying the dust bin. I have not used the floor washing system although I did purchase the washing pads.

I’ve had geek squad for 3 years and it has helped with my devices.

This unit is very powerful and practical. The versatility of the unit cones in handy when cleaning all over the house, evn the car. Worth the price!!! Only drawback i can say is the lack of storage for accessories.

Honestly the best protection I’ve come across couldn’t be easier they either fix it or replace it. I’ve replaced vacuums, iPads, and appliances. When you have the protection your stress free.

I always pay more to buy these geek squad warranties. I probably make use out of 75% of them so They generally pay off and are so simple to use. You bring device to store, tell them what’s wrong and then they check if there’s a replacement. If there isn’t, you get the full price paid back.

We’ve always added a protection with the products we buy. The returns are easy. We return a broken item, get a gift card & use it to buy a new one.

Excellent coverage! My sister recommended it. Haven’t used it but looks really easy to set up claim/service. Never had an issue with my previous claims. Confident about this product.

Great unit unfortunately the little plastic clip to hold rhe waste is not durable and breaks. Had to return unit under warranty.

Love the no hassle all my appliances I make sure I purchase this ! I feel like I overspend on the 5 year warranty verses 3 year . If something is wrong with your steam mop the return your money with a bestbuy gift card and you lose the 5 year warranty you would need to repurchase it again . Too bad I didn’t know that before I spent money on the 5year plan.

A little pricey, but the value and piece of mind you get from Dyson products is priceless

If you’re going to be buying anything these days it’s best to get to r warranties on them! It has saved us many of times because by the end I’d the warranty whatever we get it’s basically so beat it’s performance isn’t there anymore. So they exchange it!
