The vacuum sucks (in the best way!) we have several dogs and their shedding is something we need to maintain daily. I love that it's cordless. Pricey but worth it

So, if your product breaks it needs replacement (even 45 days after) you need to buy a new plan. The whole process with the plan is amazing. They swapped out the product no questions asked.

Did an insurance claim on my vacuum since it broke part of a piece and no longer worked. It was the easiest claim I’ve ever done. Since the vacuum was out of stock, they gave me a gift card of the value to purchase a new one!!

If you clean it well, the carpet was comfortable to use... only suddenly it started to leak water. just within the warranty time

Really good light weird vacuum. Picks up anything. The only thing bad thing is battery life could last longer.

This protection plan replaced the plan for my previous plan covering a Shark vacuum that became nonfunctional. The plan allowed me to simply return the broken vacuum for a new one. The only cost I paid was the difference in price and the cost of the new protection plan.

geek squad protection is way better than wasting your money and allowing it to break. invest in your products everyone. this is needed. you can switch it out for a new one in store at customer service. if not, they can order it if its not in stock at your best buy.

I bought this for the 1st purchased vacuum and boy am I glad I bought, the vacuum flamed out after 14 months of use,m. The process was way too easy when I got Best Buy, this is a must have insurance on certain things. Like a vacuum

My original vacuum wasn’t repairable. I was able to purchase a newer model for the cost difference between the two when they processed warranty. It’s a pricey vacuum so I bought another warranty.

As someone who works in the repair field, I can attest to how great having a service plan is. I had several items go bad in the past with no plan and I was SOL. Now I have peace of mind knowing that I can get it fixed and/or replaced if it goes bad.
