I’ve never used geek squad and don’t ever plan to use it in the near future.

I bought my hydrovac and the 3-year protection plan. A month later, my Shark hydrovac broke down. I went to Best Buy, and they replaced it but canceled my protection plan. Their argument was that it had already been used and that I need to buy another protection plan. A huge scam. No one should ever have to go through this

It’s the best it was easy to go through everything.

I like it alot i really dont have to do nothing i just turn it on and leave it and it does its work.

I like having the coverage as I am an older person and cannot fix things by myself any more. But that is ok , I will call geek squad and they will install or fix it.
