Get this. Do not leave without it. One of the greatest decisions I’ve made. Never go wrong with having protection!

Reassuring knowing if vacuum has an issue I have a warranty to assure it will be fixed or replaced.

It did the job but would get full quick when It came to our pets. The battery would kind of die out fast but like I said it did the job and would charge quick. Not recommended for pet owners.

Purchased the 5 yr Protection,puts us at ease. Have always purchased warrenties with My purchases.

When you make a purchase over a one hundred dollars I feel like its a must. Geek squad has helped me out so many times.

I purchased this thinking the product would be covered for 2 years but it is only covered until you go to use the warranty. They told me they cannot fix it and would replace it at no charge which is great but the replacement is not covered by their warranty and I would need to spend another $90 for it to be covered. I was told it is more convenient to have the warranty with geek squad because I could go into the store for the replacement but they never even have the item in stock so it’s being mailed to my house.

We got the protection plan just in case . Its such a good product , we most likely wont need it

It good to have a warranty for it as it basically covers the product. I highly recommend it.

Geek Squad Protection is great. It's easy to return items and get credits for defects or damage.

Love buying warranties and never using them. But of course when you don’t have one is when you need it.

It is a handheld, cordless and converts from a vacuum with a long extension to a short extension to get into those hard to reach places.

The GSP plans are an absolute must have. Absolutely love this package. Best Buy stays true to their word on this protection plan
