I specifically go to BEST BUY when making big purchases because of GEEK SQUAD. The Geek Squad protection/service is the best out there. Do not get me started on Target's protection/service. With Geek Squad I have peace of mind! They don't just want to take your money!

I will never buy another kind vacuum! This thing has the power and the suction i've never seen! Pick up my dog hair no problem. Love this thing!

Cleans very good, way better than roombas. The app tells you exactly where it cleans. But after a year the springs on one of the wheels got loose. Definitely get a warrenty

We owned the provious generation without the laser. Ours broke, and we got this one. It is night and day difference. Laser highlights all the dirt, dust, and dog hair so you dont miss a thing. The sucktion power has definitely increased as well. Highly recommend!

Make Sure to always ante up on the protection plan max years as possible. Ive been purchasing both for year's. So lets do the Math. In the lat 18 years, Ive had a toral of 6 Vacuums at $169 per unit in addition to the protection plan at the price of $38 equals up to $207. So consumers listen, a spent a grand total of $435 for Vacuum usage for my residence in the last 18 years. Its the Best Buy that money can buy!

Cleans really good!!! My rug was dry very quickly. Looks like new again!! Easy to assemble and very easy to use! Highly recommend it!!

We have a tri-level home with an open floor plan. Having 4 kids and pets, I was constantly struggling to keep up with the crumbs, spills and dirt tracked in. Heaven has been a lifesaver. No more plugging and unplugging from room to room and winding up the cord to go upstairs and down. I just grab and go. They even use it in the car. It works great. We did have a good clogged up and it started making a very loud noise but it was pretty easy to remedy. Overall on. Very satisfied

Purchased the Best Buy Geek Squad protection for our Dyson V10 after Dyson was having a several month delay in replacing the part within the year’s warranty timeframe. It was easy enough to bring the product in to Best Buy and do an even exchange since our product part died on us within a short 2 month window. Hoping that if a replacement is needed in the future the exchange process will be as simple with the Best Buy Geek Squad Protection.

I had used so many different accident protection plans that just didn't work out in the past. Best Buy has made it extremely easy to use, even for purchases that were gifts for other people. I recommend making sure you have a log in to track your purchases, and keep an eye on when your protection expires. This has saved us more times than I care to admit from Roombas, to TVs, to appliances, computers, and watches. Having peace of mind has been great!

Got this for my Dyson Aminal 11 Vacuum recently, so glad I did for the price of mind as I have had an issue with a previous version before (minor issue) and with this warranty it gets taken care of ASAP as most of the time you can exchanged if the issue can’t be fixed. I usually get geeks squad for any big purchase ticket item at beat buy becuase it’s worth it in the long run and its a decent price for the overall value of what you are getting.

I have not had to use this one but I purchased for my previous vacuum which was not available for replacement when it no longer held a charge. I was able to get a newer model for the price difference plus the purchase of this new warranty. The warranty paid for itself. I knew from my research that this was a common problem with rechargeable vacs so I knew I would need to use this warranty.
