My Mother is 85 & has difficulty using her canister type Rainbow vacuum. She had knee surgery a few years ago. She loves her new Dyson V8 pet model vacuum! It’s light weight & I don’t have to worry about her falling down or tripping on a cord! Used this on the iRobot vacuum that we had purchased almost a year ago. Really nice that all i had to do was walk in with the old unit and pick up a new one. Only thing I didn’t like was I had to purchase a new warranty for the new one. You would think they would just apply the remaining of the old warranty period to the new item and offer you an extension on the new item.

As soon as I got there with my broken vacuum, they gave me my money back after 4 years, to buy me another one

I have had several of these small hand backs that don’t last very long so I bought the protection plan just to keep it running longer since I like the first one I have. I already have one in the house I want a second one what is used strictly for vacuuming the bedding and the furniture the second one will be doing other jobs around the house outside the bedroom

A must get. I use my vacuum 2 times a day and things ware and thing break. This added insurance is worth it when it breaks down on you! No questions asked for the return of exchange makes it very easy!

I highly recommend you get this for high dollar items. I use this all the time. As long as you have the item if it breaks or malfunctions you just exchange the item at the store for the original or something else and pay for another warranty at check out as well as the price difference. That’s all. I usually upgrade.
