I love it, it’s a powerful vacuum for floors and carpet. Fantastic for the obvious, messes and such. And, having a dog it makes life a lot easier. Worth the purchase and protection!

purchased the Geek Squad Protection for my Animal Ball 2 vacuum and drive motor broke in less than a year. Completely replaced the vacuum with a new one, no hassle. Only complaint, had to repurchase protection for the new vacuum-- remainder of protection plan does not roll over. The new plan was more expensive for less time.

Got this because for what I spent on my vacuum I wanted some protection in case of any accidents. And I leaned whenever I didn’t get the insurance, that’s when I always needed it.
