Exceptional service… quick and easy process in Dothan!

I’ve been using my back in for about three weeks. I’m super great on hardwood and carpet always bought the other models. This is probably the best one ever.

Love the Geek Squad. I was in a panic when my computer got hacked. I immediately brought it in to the Geek Squad they went to work and made sure I was protected.

Great extended warranty on the iRobot this is a great product however has a lot of moving parts as well as wireless functions see a need for extended warranty on this item since it is pricey and limited product warranty feel comfortable knowing it has Geek Squad support.

Best Buy has the best no hassle warranty coverage in the business! I was quickly able to get my Dyson swapped out for a new model. In and out in about 20 minutes, most of that time was spent picking out a new vacuum

Israel was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He mounted the device and then showed me how to work it.

The convenience of not needing an entirely new purchase because I have a protection plan makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE. Do yourselves a favor, invest in the protection

I always but best buy protection plans! It’s easy to file a claim and I have never had issues. Get the plan because it’s worth the price!!

I love geek squad my vacuum stopped working I brought it and they had me pick out a new vacuum and I was out of there in 20 mins no problems!

I had this warranty for a black and decker hand vacuum that was 2 years old and stopped working due to faulty lithium battery. I went in to exchange for a new one but it wasn’t in stock anymore so they gave me a full refund! The customer service staff were super friendly and fast!

The 5 year product replacement on a vacuum cleaner paid off for me. When the cord head broke accidentally, I just took the vac to my Best Buy store, and they gave me a new one. No boxing it up and mailing or shipping it to the manufacturer, and no claim forms to fill out. Sweet!
