This My Warranty For My Vacuum Cleaner. I Always Get My Vacuum Cleaners From Best Buy Because Of The Warranty. If I Suck Up Something Wrong And The Vacuum Cleaner Starts To Not Work Right, I Just Take It In And No Questions Ask They Tell Me To Go Get Another One.

They did what they said they would in case of my vaccum breaking which was a refund

The Geek squad has always been able to help me quickly to resolve any issues I've had with any product (from computers to vacuum cleaners, etc.) covered by their service. I am satisfied with their services and do recommend coverage for items purchased.

Being risk adverse, insurance is always good. Love the Geek squad. No issues with service, agents are knowledgeable even the 1st line which is unusual in most customer service items. Actually, Geek Squad is one of the reasons, purchases are made at BBY instead of AMZN.

Our last vacuum broke somehow and wouldn't suck anymore. I am so grateful I had this geek squad warranty! I was able to do a swap on the spot for a new Shark Vacuum.

So, if your product breaks it needs replacement (even 45 days after) you need to buy a new plan. The whole process with the plan is amazing. They swapped out the product no questions asked.

Love it since it doesn't get stuck in places and it knows exactly where to clean. Lidar will get confused if you have a floor mirror

The vacuum sucks (in the best way!) we have several dogs and their shedding is something we need to maintain daily. I love that it's cordless. Pricey but worth it

Did an insurance claim on my vacuum since it broke part of a piece and no longer worked. It was the easiest claim I’ve ever done. Since the vacuum was out of stock, they gave me a gift card of the value to purchase a new one!!
