Or give you a gift card to replace. This is crazy to me when asurion with amazon I don't even have to talk to someone they don't care they HONOR the CHEAPER than you warranty and ship before they even send you the return label to give them the broken product. So I have no down time. So I am wodering why you are still on pre-covid policies and haven't yet adapted to this new market.
