I am aiming to get a Gaming Pc in the near future but only had a xbox series s when i picked up the keyboard. it has a gaming mode you can activate using the F12 key and it takes away all expected input delay, for mice i cant always say the same. if youre on a budget and need something that has a good metal frame, has durable switches, and interchangable keys with a customizeable RGB board, this is this keyboard to go with.

WOW! This is the best plan for the money. PLEASE as always, be sure to read all paperwork about returns or replacements before you sign…., which I did. And it was a great decision on my part. I had a high priced item that failed within two weeks of purchase. IF I hadn’t had this coverage, or coverage for the geek squad to come out and check the item… I would have lost all my money on the one item, and then some. Repairs, if possible, would probably have been expensive. But because I purchased this plan along with my membership… IT SAVED ME HEARTACHE! Thanks Best Buy, for standing behind your coverage snd products. RECOMMENDED If you can afford it. It’s worth it.

Always very helpful to have the option for tech support. I usually purchase the 2-year replacement option in case any of my devices break after 1 year.

Glad I bought this. Wasn't too sure if I had a faulty product but easily can replace it without worrying if Best Buy would accept the original product I bought. I feel more comfortable buying this than risking getting a product that could be user-blamed and not get a refund/exchange. I'm normally not the type that goes to costumer service so it eases my worry knowing I'm guaranteed to get an replacement!

Geek squad offers the best protection plan on products. It has never failed me in a time of need. Whenever an item broke or needed to be fixed they were quick to help, either replacing my product completely or repairing if possible. Depending on the type of plan and what it covered for your specific device. Geek squad protection plan is the exact reason I always purchase my tech through Best-Buy!

I haven’t had any issues with geek squad ever. They’re usually really helpful with what I need, and if the product isn’t repairable they’ll give you a gift card for the value of the item.

I had geek squad when I enrolled in my first cell phone plan, the custmer service still outstandingvway back then. My son surprised me and had a new stereo installed in my truck . All the products i have purchased I used GeekSqaud on every large ticket item. Fililing a claim is very easy and helpful customer care team.

This is a solid headset for the price. The sound quality isn't unbalanced nice amount of high and lows. There are some over the top embelishments tho on some highs if you have sensitive hearing like me. I use it for playstation and my pc. On pc its easy enough to adjust the highs, but not on console. Has decent wireless range, though if you have it in another room, and you walk out and the signal has to pass through a couple walls you will get interference or cuts outs. The 3d sound is great on console, but really shines on pc, with the help of the razer apps. Battery life is great. Had the heqdset for almost a year now. So far theres sign of battery weakening and it does not dishcarge rapidly if unused for awhile. Overall very happy with this purchase.

The Best keyboard and mouse bundle out there. I used Logitech before, but I think Corssair's one is better. You can get it without hesitation. btw The standard version is cheaper now! Make sure to or for the extended warranty. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it!!!
