    I have felt very protected with this service! I had to take in my laptop a few times but felt like, because of their policy on device replacements, I didn't quite feel I got the service I needed until my third time. However, they always followed through on what they said they would do! So I am very happy with this protection.

    I am very happy with the people that work at Geek Squad, they are so awesome. The Web Root that I purchased protects my computer daily, the price is reasonable. I am so thankful they can help me with the right answers that I need, without hesitation or charge to me when I call for help, thank you, Geek Squad, great job!

    Best Buy's Geek Squad Replacement Plan is really great! I've purchased it on so many items over the years and whenever there is an issue, it's usually a quick replacement of the same item (if available), if not, then it's an automatic store credit or gift card for the purchase price of the defective item.

    When my corsair virtuoso XT broke I went in hoping to exchange in store but unfortunately it wasn’t in stock. I grabbed a different headset as a part of the exchange but it wasn’t up to my standards of use. When I went to return it the bestbuy store ended up charging me full pricing of my original headset as opposed to the sales price I had originally bought it for. I ended up losing so much money because bestbuy couldn’t honor their own system. Then when I realized bestbuy did not prioritize any customer satisfaction or service I was backed into a corner since all my money was tied up in these transactions. If I left with nothing I’m out of money. If I order it again I still lose money. Bestbuy was horrible in this entire transaction I had multiple employees “express” sympathy as it’s “corporate” for every scapegoat they needed. When I asked for additional support they advised me to seek out a corporate email on my own and write something. No complaint filing in store no reference to any higher management and no support. The service desk was uninterested, unsupportive, and all rotating staff to not be responsible for my transactions. Everyone acknowledged the receipt discrepancies but no one wanted to help or see if there’s anything to be done. Just “that’s the way it is” and passed off to the next in their chain of command unprompted. Horrible experience.

    Was told that I could snap my keyboard in half *on accident* and no questions asked have it replaced. Haven’t had any issues returning damaged products at all and always been taken care of.

    I legit do NOT buy products WITHOUT Geek Squad's replacement plan. This thing gives me absolute peace of mind on any product I decide to pick up knowing that I can walk up to the store nearby and get things handled if something goes wrong. Highly recommend; worth the cost!

    What can I say. It's a Kuerig. Works as it should and has for a long time. The LCD screen did get a vertical line through it in just a few months, but really hasn't affected the use. Good product that I can recommend. You can set an auto on/off times and temperature. Bought a pot for use of Pods that it supports, but this never really caught on and the pot (yes made for this model) never got properly recognized by the pot. Still use it anyway. Can blame the make for what could be a pot problem, mabye? However, that and the screen issue loses a star. Overall very happy with this.

    Geek squad protection plan is worth it. Those geeks can fix just about anything and if they can't, you just get your product replaced. Easy decision in my book

    I have never had any issues with using Best Buy's warranty to replace broken headphones! I would recommend buying the warranty everytime!
