I like the keys. The keys are loud. I got this keyboard because the price was decent and my work place had this keyboard. I just needed a cheap keyboard for school. Easy set up with a usb plugin. I'm on the computer all day so the batteries lasted about 3 1/2 months.

I have not had to use this geek squad accidental replacement yet, but have used on another item and have had no issues when doing so.

Hopefully i don't have to use the replacement, but I'm glad its offered for so cheap, I'm happy with the offers and protection.
