there ok, efficient, i'm actually satisfied with the purchase so i wouldn't mind at all going again and again to buy all kind of stuff!

Have not used it yet so I am not quite sure how well it will do. It is good for piece of mind though in case any accidents happen.

Love geek sudad even though they sometimes take a bet on fixing your things they still do an excellent job at it

This is mainly a neutral review as the tablet I recently will soon sell hasn't had an accident yet.

I’m still not sure what benefits come with the protection plan but I feel safer with my computer knowing that I have more protection.

The tech was very friendly & tried to help but because f the was an iPad is made couldn’t change the battery in th Air 2.

Figured it was worth it purchase as it was inexpensive. Doubt I will need it but we will see.

Haven’t had to use geek squad replacement yet, but as with all types of insurance, it’s nice to have peace of mind,
