I didn't want this, and have no option to return it without returning the disk that they slid this in on. I guess I just paid an extra $50 for a $200 disk. Nice.

bought on accident and didnt realize I had bought the replacement.

Couldn't replace my item so the offered me what they considered current retail on it but that wasn't enough to replace it elsewhere. Totally useless, never again.

Wish these guys would be more helpful honor and explain more about this is a joke not worth it

Did not purchase this intentionally it was added on without my knowledge at check out and when I tried to cancel after order placed was unable to . Beware of service plans add ons!

The lights suck they don't light up the keys just the room

Only a good value if you need a direct replacement for a damage item. They will not attempt to retrieve any data from a hard drive which was the only reason I purchased this.

The worst headphones ever. They heat up after a while and hurt my ears. Unfortunately trying to figure out if I can return them and get my money back.

I have owned three of these and all 3 ended up with the same issue. Double keystrokes at random times on random keys.

it took the replacement for my mouse 2 months to get to me because of the appropriate authorizations, even though it was under the 1 year warranty

This is not what I purchased . This warranty was supposed to be for the Corsair virtuoso xt headphones . I was misled by your sales rep

I never approved this purchase and logging in to Bestbuy now and seeing the past orders make me realize this.

Insurance and customer service are useless and ignorant
