Geek squad returned my item, and went to the back to find me the replacement headset I wanted.

I will say the register rep was not the most friendly, but got it taken care of. Thank you for your help.

We are glad that Best Buy offers the Geek Squad Replacement program. So far we have not had to replace any of the electronic devices or appliances we have purchased but it is nice to know that we can if we need to.

Haven't used the protection plan for the item purchased it with recently, BUT I have used the protection plan in the past for other items I had one with and it's a good option just to be on the safe side of things. Either you will get a repair or replacement and that will save you from having to buy a new item after using it for a period of time within the plan period of coverage.

Geek Squad is a must and the best decision I have made. If there is an issue with a product you have the peace of mind that Best buy has covered it and will take care of the product if any issues. A Must have for all purchase

The protection plan for keyboards, mice, headphones, and routers is easy to just go in the store and get a replacement. You just pay the difference and the new protection plan. If the new product is cheaper, you get store credit for it.

Still using 5 years later, geek squad always had my back when I experienced water damage at work.

Knowing that my expansion card is firmly protected for 2 years makes me feel safe especially since it doesn't experience any physical interaction and just stays plugged in the back of my console.

Came with the computer and nothing special (wireless) but they do work good. The function keys require that you hold down a fn key and the press the number key like for renaming a folder or file you have to hold down the fn key and at same time hit the #2 key. A little different but you can get use to it. Mouse is just a simple mouse nothing special but wireless and works.

Geek squad never lets my family down. I am the family tech support guy and I do volunteer to fix machines all around town. When I cannot help due to time or complexity of the issue, I send them to geek squad. They never fail to achieve positive results.

My service was extremely great I went in with a issue to my headset and they were Wuxi’s to help me even allowed me to show up early for my appointment. They were friendly and professional and were able to swap out my headset for a brand new one

I’ve had to use my geek squad protection a few times for everything from electronics to computer peripherals to kitchen appliances. I’ve never had a single issue redeeming any of my benefits. It really does bring a sense of security.

My steelseries apex 7 tkl broke after a few months, and I had this warranty. After going to best buy, I was able to exchange my broken keyboard for another one. I highly recommend buying the warranty if you are not confident with the lifespan of your product and want some peace of mind.

I worked for geek squad previous jobs so that might be reason why I like this product, but it is worth it, because it is one way to combat in life, when life decides to throw you a wrench to your plans.

Definitely worth the couple bucks to ensure any electronic that you pay $60+ for is covered. Never know when you might get one with a shorter lifespan than others and this makes that a non-issue! Have used it once before and they make it trouble free
