Bought to go with gaming headphones. Hope I don’t have to use it but I love that I have it. I have used it in the pasted with other purchases. If they can’t replace it with the same thing they upgrade to the next model. Definitely worth it!

Who doesn't love knowing there product is protected! No brainer to add this protection when it covers accidental damages that may happen. Well worth it and Geek Squad has always done a great job taking care of us.

Their protection plan is always great! I would highly recommend to get.

The Replacement plans with Best buy are great. If anything goes wrong you just bring the item in and get a Grift card to repurchase or purchase something different.

Hopefully I won't need to use it but I have in the past. Only warrantys that I will actually purchase.

Always a good idea to snag insurance. Luckily have not had to utilize it yet on the device i currently have, but I've taken advantage of their insurance in the past.

They've always been quick to replace or fix anything I've needed to! Once they've fixed something I've never needed them back!

Worth the investment. It has already helped us by being able to replace an item covered under this at no cost to us. I would gladly purchase this again.

I always purchase Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection Plan on most of my high ticket/price items because their warranty is a no hassle warranty. I've never had any issue(s) claiming my warranty on a given defective product covered by the warranty.

When my corsair virtuoso XT broke I went in hoping to exchange in store but unfortunately it wasn’t in stock. I grabbed a different headset as a part of the exchange but it wasn’t up to my standards of use. When I went to return it the bestbuy store ended up charging me full pricing of my original headset as opposed to the sales price I had originally bought it for. I ended up losing so much money because bestbuy couldn’t honor their own system. Then when I realized bestbuy did not prioritize any customer satisfaction or service I was backed into a corner since all my money was tied up in these transactions. If I left with nothing I’m out of money. If I order it again I still lose money. Bestbuy was horrible in this entire transaction I had multiple employees “express” sympathy as it’s “corporate” for every scapegoat they needed. When I asked for additional support they advised me to seek out a corporate email on my own and write something. No complaint filing in store no reference to any higher management and no support. The service desk was uninterested, unsupportive, and all rotating staff to not be responsible for my transactions. Everyone acknowledged the receipt discrepancies but no one wanted to help or see if there’s anything to be done. Just “that’s the way it is” and passed off to the next in their chain of command unprompted. Horrible experience.

Honestly a great buy to have. If your product breaks, you can take it back in and they'll replace it with the same thing of give you store credit if they don't have it in stock. I always buy it when it's available.

I always purchase the warranty when offered it has saved me so much money in the long run.

I love Geek Squad and you should too. If you buy something it can break and that is where Best Buys protection plan comes in, for a small amount compared to the total cost you can be sure you have piece of mind on your new product for years to come.

As a photographer, I use this product on a daily basis to store all of my RAW/JPEG format files. It's fast. Reliable. Never had an issue with it yet. Works for all of my storage needs. As long as you take care of it and don't bump, or drop it AND make sure you eject the device properly every time before unplugging.. you shouldn't have any issues with it!

I haven't used the warranty for my computer mouse but its great to know that I'm covered. I have used the warranty for other items and I would say its a great value for the peace of mind and service they offer.

I always like to get these you never know what's going to happen with these products and it is better to be prepared especially when you have children. Over the years it has been beneficial to have this especially when something stops working or needed to be repaired.

I bought this service for my HDD, and I did since I know that on electronics is very hard to determine when are you going to need a repair or change. I recommend this service to anyone who knows that they are going to use their electronics a lot.
