Geek squad basically acts like insurance, if your product breaks they will replace it or give you store credit. I returned my mouse after a year of use because it had a small hole on the side, and they replaced it, no questions asked!

man this plan will save your butt for two years. after the manufacturer warranty ends, which is usually one year, this bad boy covers you for one more. AND you get the satisfaction of knowing your product is guaranteed to work

love that if my mice break due to manufacture issues its still under warranty.

Excellent buy on insurance I recommend everyone that buys a device from Best Buy to get the geek squad care package for two years. You never know when you need it during that time.Always get insurance with the squad care.

I purchased the Geek Squad 2 - year Accidental Replacement for my new Microsoft computer keyboard and mouse. I just felt that for the cost of the service it would be worth the benefits.

The main reason I shop at best buy is this great warranty. Devices these days aren't made to last very long.

For headphones, it makes sense. I rarely buy the replacement insurance for anything else but it seems with these type of headphones, they are great but don't last. It paid off last time so we purchased the insurance on the new pair.

Best Buy has it covered! Extends the original manufacturers warranty and covers things not covered by the manufacturers warranty. 2 Years is a good Idea things always seem to break after the original manufacturers warranty.

Its was a great purchase, would recommend it, for anyone who likes wide keyboards.

Wonderful to know that your product is protected for 2 years. This protection covers the mouse I purchased and to know that if something is not right that it can be replaced. I feel good knowing that I purchased this coverage.
