Bought this for my mom for a laptop that's docked most of the time, works well enough, only complaint is that I couldn't get everything to work directly through the computers bluetooth, or through the usb hub using the included dongle, but the dongle is small enough it's barely noticeable on the laptop undocked.

They had great service, and they were more than willing to help me figure out what I needed to get my PC up and running.

If it is a replacment plan its a must. Simple to use, get a replacment for the same product or something similar to it. Cant go wrong.
