They did very well, with from the time of check in, even when leaving it from the 24-48 hour processing time. It actually only took them less than 24 hours to text me back to tell me it was time to pick my computer up and the new software was ready to download.

Came in clutch when my headset broke and now I dont need to pay for new ones.

I know Geek Squad for years, they fix almost anything and everything. If you’re having a hard time they will be able to help you. I love the geek squad warranty, it is great 100% recommend buying it for everything. Because if something breaks you don’t have to worry they will fix it.

ALWAYS buy protection! You never know what may happen in life! I was able to replace my product with a new one, and went about my day.

I have never been disappointing by purchasing Geek Squads accidental service replacement services. They replace, no questions asked, for exactly the same item. I generally repurchase the program for the new item and it continues for another 2 years.
