Its can be a hassle free exchange or return of the malfunctioned item at the cost of the geek squad service protection fee. I would recommend it.

Geek squad insurance is definitely worth the price for the years provided. It’s a good idea to make sure you grab the insurance in order to protect your prized item.

Good damage coverage, in terms of service, in my experience the cstaff is always friendly and professional, the response time and repair are very fast.

Haven't had need to use this yet, and hopefully won't have to. But with other Geek Squad Protection Plans I have always been more than satisfied with the results.
