I noticed that my left mouse button was sticking, so I decided to take it in. I was able to get a Bestbuy credit for what I originally paid for the mouse, and I purchased the G Pro X Superlight and another 2-year protection plan. I spent just over $50 and the price without the replacement plan would be around $175. This replacement plan was well worth it for me, and I was able to order the replacement without any hassle!

I did not like using the keyboard on my Apple MacBook Pro. I bought the external Logi MX Master 3 keyboard and mouse to use instead. I love it. It's so easy to use both products. The keyboard is extremely responsive to your touch. I'm a fast typist and this one is the best on the market for me and I've tried a few others. Don't waste your time. Buy this one, you'll be happy you did!

Not really sure why I need to review a protection plan… When I buy any electronic device I always purchase whatever is asked from warranty, protection plans, etc. I always think, do I want to pay full price if there is any issue with my device? or have it replaced or repaired at little to no cost. Trust me I rather save money then to have to pay full price again on certain electronic devices.

I purchased a two year protection policy because it’s the smart thing to do! Best Buy basically covers everything that would ever happen to the product and it was only a small percentage of what I was going to pay! Now I don’t have to worry if it breaks. Easy decision

Wow this keyboard is great. Takes a little getting used to seeing as how I’ve always used a full sized keyboard. Key action is smooth and precise. Icue software is a bit wonky but what specialized software isn’t so I wont knock a star. Would buy again if I had to.

A great keyboard for starters (like me)! I’ve had it for almost 3 months now and it’s held up very well. The software it comes with for the RGB is pretty solid. If you’re looking for a good keyboard that isn’t overly priced, this will be a perfect one.

I rarely buy any hardware without the service. If I have a laptop become a lap drop on the way to or from Court, if it flies off the top of my car, if it endures my sloppy coffee consumption over its keyboard . . . it's replaced automatically, my awkwardness notwithstanding. Good stuff. Ethically, I refrain from taking advantage but it's saved me a buncha cost at least half dozen times with laptops and other gear.

While expensive, this gave me 20% off what Apple store would have charged for replacing broken screen. Because contract between Apple & Best Buy says customers can only check in an Apple repair with a Best Buy employee who is officially certified to REPAIR apple products, if that person isn’t working or in the store, customer is denied an appointment even to drop off the item for repair.

Geek Squad is worth the money and Best Buy delivers quality customer service!
