I bought the extended warranty when I purchased my mouse for my gaming pc and sometimes things get intense and accidents happen this saved me the purchase of a new mouse when mouse was showing heavy wear and was no longer a functional unit.

WHEN MY XBIX CONTROLLER MESSED UP, I CONSIDERED BUYING A WHOLE NEW ONE, BUT WITH A WARRANTY CHECK, I FOUND OUT I HAD ONE WITH BEST BUY AND TOOK IT IN. THEY HELPED ME AND IM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THEM

Geek squad is not only excellent at solving my problems but if they for any reason can’t provide a solution, they don’t mind telling me that up front, and going the extra mile to put me in touch with someone who absolutely can fix my worries. They do not stop working with the customer until the customers issue is resolved, and that is satisfaction guaranteed.
