Haven't used it yet. What's great about this is that if it fails on you. you can just get your money back on most purchases for in store credit to something else or an upgrade for something more expensive since covid has shot prices into the air. And if it dies on you 1 week after warranty you can curse yourself that you shoulda just replaced it and paid a few bucks more instead of a few 100$.

I would recommend getting the accidental geek squad replacement because they take of so many issues if they arise.

Definitely worth it. Accidents happen. Better to have it and not need it (hopefully), than to need it and not have it.

I was able to treat these in and just pay another $10 so I could get new headphones. It was a good deal

Absolutely love this plan. Anytime my devices have a malfunction, it covers it and is an easy process to claim.

Geek Squad is the best when it comes to warranty’s. There no trick or extra step . You just show up say what’s wrong and they take care of you

After two broken headsets, I will never not buy coverage again! Geek squad is great just hoping I won’t have to use it ☺️

The geek squad protection plan is the best in the business and i like it a lot because almost without question your product gets replaced or if they don't have it anymore you can get store credit

Have not had to use this yet. Everybody praises and says it's great. If you ever need to replace your product, Best Buy and Geek Squad are there!

Seriously, the Replacement plan is simply too good of a deal to pass up. If something breaks or gets worn down, they’ll replace it or reimburse you no questions asked. I highly recommend it.

Never had to use it but its nice insurance knowing that everything would be covered if anything went wrong

The geek squad replacement plan is a must-have for any product. I have it for everything I buy and it has saved me countless times. I've had products with issues and I just took it to the store and got a new one.

This is much needed for the recipient it was good for the recipient the recipient liked that a warranty was added

Quite the mouse. It definitely had a lot of customizations when it came to lights and came packed with good specs in terms of DPI and weight. I do wish it came with adjustable weights, as most modern mice have that option. This mouse lasted me two years, in the end I just returned it.
