I love the customer service at the Brandon location.

We got this for a wii remotes because they break all the time. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed that you have pay 20 dollars retime they replace them to cover the new one. It’s still a lot of money to keep paying. I think wii should fix the issue with this remotes

I can hit it with a brick and they would replace it

My Ninja Air Fryer stopped working after a year and I took it to Best Buy and had no problem exchanging it they replaced it with a brand new one.

Great Christmas gift for my gamer kid! Absolutely loved it and is now a PlayStation kid instead of Xbox lol

Seems to be a great way to cover Xbox controllers nowadays as they are rampant with stick drift. best buy never fails me.

Not too expensive for being able to replace something that may last iust over a year.

I only heard bad reviews from my friends at the start before i bought this headset, but since I bought it I have had no problems with it. This headset is the best one I have bought and I would buy it again if something happened to my current one.

Geek squad protection is quick and efficient, I always like to think of the add on GSP as a protection for my investment . If it breaks or simply stops working , I know I can rely on BestBuy to help me with a Same day replacement in store .

I NEVER purchase electronics without purchasing protection. What I love about Best Buy is that returns are an easy process. Tell them what’s wrong with it and they’ll replace it with the same item if available.

Worth the money at best buy for sure, no issues easy exchange.
