This plan is excellent because they honor it even if their policy changes midway through your warranty.

i love the service for controllers and if u play hard you know your controllers will have issues especially if you play any NHL games with it that game is hard on controllers

Geek squad protection is a must for all Best Buy products it means no reason to pay double when inevitably something doesn’t work

Went with my controllers I bought. If anything happens within 2 years, they replace the controller or give a gift card of initial value if the product is not available. Would recommend.

Great deal and protection plan even if you think you wont need it its always a great idead to add it to importan things.

Bought the Geek Squad Protection plan for additional warranty. Thankfully haven't had to use it, but it gives me peace of mind.
