There were no issues during the whole process and they made it easy. 10/10

I usually don’t add anything extra on, but what convinced me this time is that I can get a replacement within two years whether or not my controller has issues. My friends and I drop it constantly (by accident of course) so for me, this add-on is worth it.

I brought in my controller because it wasn’t quite working all the way and they replaced the whole thing and had it shipped to my house in a few days. No haste and was quick and easy. I even got the protection again just in case
