One of the key reason I shop at Best Buy is because of their Geek squad warranties. It is one of the best coverages ever!

So far, they work great. Only complaint is every once in awhile, the voice chat will not hook up after start up and you have to turn them off and back on for them to work.

Washer and dryer installed on time and perfectly. Staff were friendly and professional

They are not perfect in some situations, but some insurance is better than no insurance. You'll remember that when your expensive product breaks.
