Worth it 100%. Ive never used anything more than the protection plan for controllers. As a parent of sub 10 little boys, its been esential.

This is a king of things that must have, I would say mandatory when talking about Game Controller.

Gotta have geek squad protection on my kids electronics to keep them going in case they break.

Best Buy has the best extended warranties available. Though as it varies in price per item, some items it seems to cost a little too much when adding the extended warranty. I bought it for my PS5 controller. I think it's great insurance for controllers as they are statisticlly bound to fail. They basically give you a second controller (Gift Card) for only $19.99. Of course you have to give back the initial, broken purchase. I get the extended warranty for all my electronic purchases. I always try to get the accidental coverage. Most times, I use the coverage more than it costs in the long run. I'm also a big believer in insurance.
