Haven’t had to use but bought for just boys scooter just incase!

I always buy the geek squad protection plan. If anything happens to my kids gaming accessories I take it to geek squad to get fixed and if they can’t fix it they replace it or give me back my money. You can also buy a new plan after the time has lapsed from the first one. The price is always reasonable.

So far these headphones have great sound quality. The volume goes up pretty high and the sound was crisp. Mostly play it with Modern Warfare 3 and it’s been perfect. Charging station is pretty good although sometimes you have to make sure the headphones are in contact with the charging station.

It’s connects fast to my Xbox sounds great has different modes that you can use if you connect your the headset to your phone and use the turtle beach app

Happy to have it in case I need to have something replaced.

I always buy this warranty with any product that i purchase from Best Buy. I've had to use it a few times over many years, and they never give a problem - just change it out for something that costs the same price that i paid, even if they're on sale, i still get credit for what i paid.

I've gone through three Xbox controllers in the past 2 years. Get a warranty.

It's reassuring to know the product I've purchased will be replaced or repaired if something goes wrong. It's a small cost for the piece of mind it gives me.

I usually purchase Best Buy's GSP for high ticket items or those that I feel will have a higher probability of breaking down either during the manufacturer's warranty period or beyond but within the coverage period of Best Buy's GSP. It has never disappointed me - coverage is great and it usually involves either an exact (or equivalent replacement) or store credit (or gift card) for the purchase price of the defective item. I highly recommend this!!!

Used it to replace my controller that ended up with stick drift and sticky button and disconnected problems but they replaced it with no worries and gave me a new 1

Great in case anything happens to them thats why i bought this protection. Any spills anything protection covers a new set of them
