I brought it back to Best Buy and they immediately ordered another to be sent to the house. (They didn’t have a matching controller in stock). I purchased geek squad for the replacement as well.

They really keep the outside sounds out and have a good clear sound. The first pair actually broke after 3 months. The microphone just fell off while I was using them and I was not hard on them. I had the warranty so they were easily exchanged for a new pair
