I always buy the replacement warranty when I buy electronics. I have used two warranties for products that broke in the two years. Best Buy always honored the warranty and replaced the items. This is a great value.

Buy the protection! A week before the end of the protection my grandson’s headset decided to have mic malfunctions. Took them in, got a replacement pair no problem. I buy the protection plan on all gaming and electronic items

It works, and they are pretty nice and professional, I've got this for controllers and they give what they offer.

I'm glad I bought this because this time that I broke something I can't return it or it can't But oh no it's a good thing to have because when you break you you could return and get new one or get an upgrade

Great to have a service plan on some purchases. Number of times I've had to return a product after the return policy date and I was able to swap out for a new product or at least get the money back on a gift card.

Absolutely worth it on items that have long term value for you. Protection plans from Best Buy always come in handy with a straight up replacement most times for the items you have protected. Def recommend on high end items
