Great protection plan for an expensive controller.

They are always ready help me when I need it the most. When it comes to upgrading my computer components or to help me questions regarding my pc or softwares. I always purchase the extra protection with all my orders. Highly recommend their services.

I don't like how if I pay for yearly it will automtically remove any geek squad protection for the products I had before that and mainly only keep geeksquad protection. Had to manually get this fixed. Also the pc builders don't do the entire job you request. They miss a few wires. I would only recommend for purely renewing items.

If you are buying something that is stupid expensive. Pay the extra for the protection plan

I was having issues with my Dual Sense Edge PS5 controller. I was in the store for every bit of 10 minutes. It would’ve been even quicker if there weren’t people ahead of me. I was given a brand new replacement controller with minimum questions asked. They also allow you to add warranty on the replacement item.

I almost always have catastrophic issues with device and have to get a replacement. Truly a helpful replacement plan.

I absolutely recommend bestbuy for everyone I come across. They have awesome deals, even better Black Friday deals, and the smooth transactions and exchanges with warranty items is great. It’s nice to not have a big hassle everytime you need to exchange something. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely going to be a return customer.

Best protection out there. No questions asked other then the reason for returning the item. I highly recommend the protection. My kids have broken their controllers many times and its better to pay 30 over 75 every time.
