The agents were wonderful. Completely respectful of my home. I accually left them inside the house so i could finish working on my brothers truck. The best headset quality for the playstation, has many functions and i can adapt it to my liking. For me its been very durable and very reliable. Its been my go to headphones everyday. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable price and good headphones.

Geek squad protection is why I choose Best Buy. I sure expensive items and in my 8 years using it I’ve never had any issues claiming a return for faulty or sub par items.

2 year warranty is often overlooked but with the ease of checking all purchases for years on the best buy app it is extremely worth the price

Over all the two times I’ve needed to replace my broken equipment this really works unless your product becomes discontinued then they will issue a refund for your products price but over all it’s great to have better than paying full price for a new one

It is a must have to buy Geek Squad insurance for any item you buy. It has saved me from spending more than I should on certain items in case something has happened to the item. Easy exchanges, no hassle.

If you game regularly then your controller will break! It just will. And PSN company controllers are the best. This plan gives a free controller when yours breaks, but the warranty is void at that point. So in reality this lets you by the next controller for about 60%off.

I have purchased the 2-Year accidental Geek Squad Replacement protection on multiple Headphones, controllers, and electronic devices throughout the years. Let me just say that Best Buy stands behind this plan, and I have never had any issues with a replacement of the product within that 2 year period. And - for me - the option to add another 2 years on when you replace your product (because I've had many Turtle Beach headsets break down over the past 5 years) is a perfect option, which allows me to continue to use that same device for it's lifetime until the next upgrade comes along.

Turtle beach has a great audio quality headset but I have a heavy hand and I’ve had about 2-3 different pairs in the past 5-8 years of gaming which isn’t bad tbh .

My son's controller broke and the geek squad got me an appointment the next day! Very fast service ☺️
