    I got this for my xbox elite series 2 controller because it wasnt a cheap buy and I hear that they tend to mess up from time to time but hopefully it doesnt but the protection is still there :)

    I think best buy 2 yr accident replacement on xbox wireless controller is great. It is a bit pricier than some but if they can fix ir replace in the store they do it right then,no mailing it it.

    Reccomend accident protection for all your electronics. Especially if you are clumsy or have kids, LOL ! Better safe than sorry, Replacement is fast and easy. Highly reccomend.

    This is the best. If it is GSP-R (Geek Squad Protection Replacement) you just take it back to Best Buy if it stops working and they'll give you store credit in the amount you paid for the product!

    Cant best the warranty it is very true to there word if they cant replace give u ur money back and refund the warranty

    We've used our insurance on a few different accidental mishaps on our purchases and we've saved money. We've also used our policy to have Geek Squad clean up our computers. They are working great now!
